How long will it
take me to complete the answers in the AUDIT?
The average length of time to complete
the audit is 35 minutes. An important feature of this
audit (though not recommended) permits you to complete a section, log off,
exit the process and and return after a meeting, phone call or other
interruption and
continue from where you left off.
The
system will keep your answers for up 24 hours before the information is
discarded. As long as you return within 24 hours, you can continue
from where you left off and complete the entire audit
instrument.

3.
Once
completed, how long does it take to get the Audit Results?
THIS SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED WITH YOU IN
MIND. Your responses are calibrated as soon as you have submitted your
answers to the system. Your personalized report will be compiled and
returned to the screen within 30-60 seconds.

4.
How much does it cost
to complete the answers in the Audit/Survey?
There is no charge to complete the

5. What do I
get for the $300.00 subscription?
Upon acceptance of your payment, you
will receive access to the site for the purpose of reviewing your responses
as they are effected each day for a period of one year from purchase.
You only complete the instrument once a
year. However you may visit as many times during the year to see how
you compare to others.
Each time you return to the site during
that period, your responses will be compared with any new data and the
revised comparisons reflected on the screen.
In this way, you will be able to track
the trends taking place throughout the country.

Included with the over seventy (70)

evaluate your responses in relationship to:
-
the overall database,
-
companies of like industry and how
they responded,
-
companies of like employee size, and
-
companies of same sized HR
departments.

6.
How often is the database
updated?
The database is updated as each time
the instrument is completed. This provides the most current information
available. As companies participate, the data comparisons are
immediately updated.

7.
When my year is up and I want to get another subscription, what must I do?
Simply, complete the audit again.
Remember, the only companies in the database at any time are only those who
have completed the audit within the last twelve months. The database
covers instruments completed for the past 365 days up to and including
today! For example:
January 10, 2006 is the current
day...the only data in the system consists of companies who have taken the
audit between January 10, 2005 and January 10, 2006.

8.
I have looked at the questions and my answer really is "maybe" or
"sometimes," what options do I have?
Sorry! There are no answers in
the audit that offer a "sometimes" or "maybe" response. You will need
to decide the best of the options available that reflect current company
practice and/or policy in the question asked.

9. In completing the answers in the audit I made a mistake and want to change my answer...what
action do I take to make the correction?
Remember - none of your
answers/responses are final/recorded until you have completed the AUDIT and
have selected the "SUBMIT TO DATABASE" button. Prior to that, you may
go back to previous pages and review your responses.
As a WORD OF CAUTION, once you have
"SUBMITTED YOUR RESPONSES" to the database, no corrections/changes may be
made.

10.
Could
you explain to me how to best read the Audit Results.
First, the report is merely a
reflection of your current philosophy or corporate position. The model
is a benchmark from which you will determine direction. The comparison
charts will provide information about other companies in
similar strategic positions. Therefore, the charts will mean something
different to every company.
